I help nonprofits build and execute their behind-the-scenes development strategies and business processes. I started my career in Chicago's education sector as a development associate. Over the past 10 years, I've deepened my roots working with nonprofits doing good work across the country -- from organizations at the forefront of expanding educational opportunities to those dedicated to youth development through sports, mentorship, and civic engagement.​​

  • Identifying potential risks to the organization and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks, including insurance, IRS compliance, and contingency planning

  • Configuring new software systems that align with your organization's specific needs

Finance

  • Budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting

  • Managing grants, donations, and other revenue streams

  • Maintaining accounting software (including QuickBooks!)

Human Resources

  • Running employee payroll

  • Managing employee benefit packages

  • Talent acquisition support including recruitment strategy and scheduling management
